Lil’ Ninja Program
Program Overview:
The Lil' Ninja Class Program helps children build confidence, learn flips, jumps, rolls, and obstacle technique. The program prepares young ninjas for our Level 1 Beginner program once they turn 5 or 6 years old.
Starting your ninja warriors early can have a wide array of benefits, including optimized personal development (hand eye coordination, balance, stability, and strength), strengthened social engagement, and promote academic achievement.

$30/ class.

FAQ

CLEAN, Close-toed athletic shoes are required to participate. We recommend shoes with a rubber-sole bottom for optimal grip!
Boots, crocs, slip-ons, heels are NOT permitted.
Wear a comfortable shirt and pants/ shorts.

We recommend eating 2 hours prior to class, especially when eating a larger meal to allow plenty of digestion time.
Small snacks can be eaten up to 30 minutes prior to class. We recommend wholesome, nutritious snacks such as fruit or nuts.

The class instructor will take the class through a proper warm-up to ensure all ninja warriors are prepared to take on the course.
Class attendees may hop on the course or warm up themselves prior to class if desired.
