Personal Training

  • 1) A signed waiver is required.

    2) Fill out the Personal Training Request Form.

  • 1) Clean, close-toed athletic shoes are required (crocs, boots, heels, or slip ons are not permitted).

    2) A signed waiver is required for all participants (anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian).

    Note: Failure to adhere to any rules or guidance by staff may result in removal from the facility.

  • This 30-minute fitness assessment is a session where your trainer will talk about your background and fitness goals. This will include a postural and dynamic movement assessment.

    Goals may include:

    • General fitness

    • Weight loss

    • Wedding prep

    • Muscle building

    • Sports performance

    • Obstacle techniques
