Do you have a group event or field trip coming up? Join us for a custom, one of a kind, Ninja Warrior Experience! We host private events, group events, field trips, and more.

We can customize your event to meet your needs! Obstacle Warriors North Richland Hills is suitable for all skill levels.
Book your event during open gym hours or ask us about private rentals for a full facility takeover!

You can also hire a private ninja coach for your group event. Your ninja coach will set up games, challenges, and obstacles specific to your groups wants and needs.

FAQ

  • 1) Inquire for a date and time. Please include your group’s age range and the number of participants.

    2) A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a time slot. This will be deducted from your total at the time of your visit.

    3) Sign waivers. A signed waiver is required (anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian). Chaperones must sign a waiver as well.

    4) Our event coordinator will need a list of all participants. Any chaperone that will be participating on obstacles must purchase a open play pass as well.

  • 1) Clean, close-toed athletic shoes are required (crocs, boots, heels, or slip ons are not permitted).

    2) A signed waiver is required for all participants (anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian).

    3) Provided wristband is required to be worn at all times.

    5) Remove all jewelry and loose objects to access the obstacles.

    6) No outside food or drink allowed.

    7) Absolutely no gum allowed in the arena.

    8) Be kind and respectful to all other ninja warriors and coaches.

    9) Follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff.

    10) Do not run through courses. Kindly go to the start of the obstacle to begin.

    11) No playing games or roughhousing on top of obstacles.

    Note: Failure to adhere to any rules or guidance by staff may result in removal from the facility.

  • 1) Our 25,000 sq. ft ninja arena is divided into areas based on age group, including the Lil Ninja Zone (ages 4 and under), Ninja Warrior Zone (ages 5-12), and Xtreme Zone (ages 13 and up). For safety reasons, participants must not enter other zones without staff approval.

    2) Our standard 2-hour visit allows your group to run around and release energy in a fun and unique way! If you would like to have a structured visit, a private ninja coach (subject to availability) can be added to your group visit for $100 per coach. We recommend 1 ninja coach per 20 participants. Ninja coaches will set up games, challenges or races for your group.
