Lil’ Ninja Class
[Ages: 2-4] In this program, our little ninjas get to build confidence, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and have fun!
Beginner Ninja Class
[Ages: 5-8] In this program, our beginner ninjas learn the fundamentals, including safety and obstacle techniques. Our curriculum allows students to progress at their own pace.
Intermediate Ninja Class
[Ages: 7-9] The Intermediate Ninja Class helps kids improve strength, balance, agility, and coordination through various obstacle challenges. Students are required to complete obstacle course prerequisites before they are able to move on to the next tier.
Xtreme Ninja Class
[Ages: 10-13] The Xtreme Ninja Class helps kids improve strength, balance, agility, and coordination through various obstacle challenges. Students are required to complete obstacle course prerequisites before they are able to move on to the next tier.
Teen Ninja Warrior Class
[Ages 13-17] Unleash your inner warrior with our Teen Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course Classes! These high-energy sessions challenge teens to build strength, agility, and confidence while tackling exciting ninja obstacles.
Adult Ninja Class
[Ages 14+] This selection is for adults who would like to learn the fundamentals of ninja warrior training and obstacle courses.
This class will focus on the basics.
Parkour Class
[Ages: 5-12] Unlock your full movement potential in this dynamic and engaging class designed to teach the fundamentals of parkour. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll learn how to efficiently navigate obstacles using techniques such as vaults, rolls, precision jumps, wall runs, and more.
Our expert instructors focus on safety, control, and progression, ensuring that you build strength, agility, and confidence in a supportive environment. Through structured drills, creative challenges, and real-world applications, you'll develop fluidity, coordination, and problem-solving skills that translate beyond training. Homeschool Class
[Ages 5-12] The OW Homeschool Program is a fun alternative to traditional P.E. and fulfills requirements for kids fitness.
Instructors combine games and skills challenges on obstacles to improve upper and lower body strength, coordination, balance, agility, and power.
Our experienced coaches ensure that each child progresses at their own pace while staying active and engaged. Whether climbing, jumping, swinging, or running, kids will develop essential fitness skills while fostering a love for movement and exercise.
REC Team Training Class
[Ages 8+] Students who wish to the their training to the next level and prep for in house competitions, league competitions, or the Olympics may join the REC Team.
Instructors combine advanced skills challenges on obstacles to improve upper and lower body strength, coordination, balance, agility, and power. Our in-house ninja night competition is included in this program.

Students are required to wear clean, close-toed athletic shoes. Boots, crocs, or slip-ons are not permitted.
Clean athletic tops and bottoms are required. Jeans are not permitted.

Ninja warrior students must be registered for class by 8am on the specific class day.

Yes, Private Lessons are available for ninja warrior athletes wanting to work one on one with a coach. This is a great way to supplement classes for athletes wanting extra work on a specific skill, wanting to progress more quickly, or needing more individualized coaching.
