Yes, a signed waiver is required to enter the premises.

We recommend clean, close-toed athletic shoes with a black rubber sole such as the New Balance Trainer, New Balance Zante, NO BULL Trainer.
Slip-ons, crocs, boots, heels, or cleats are NOT permitted.
