How To Get On American Ninja Warrior

So you’ve watched American Ninja Warrior and decided you want to get onto the show. But how do you do this?

Training

First, you’ll need to start training. There’s no doubt you will not get onto the show without some sort of strength, balance, or body control. You can do this by training at a standard commercial gym, or at a obstacle course gym like Obstacle Warriors North Richland Hills, opening very soon. Aspiring ninja warriors need to be able to handle themselves on a course. A hybrid training program is recommended in order to achieve all sectors of ninja warrior development. This includes strength, endurance, balance, stability, coordination, and agility.

Apply

The next thing is apply for the show. This can be done at ANWCasting. Applications for next years Season 17 have ended (July 31st, 2024). Although, it wouldn’t hurt to still apply and email the executives to consider a late application. The American Ninja Warrior application takes time to fill out, you’ll need plenty of time. The application also requires a short video showcasing who you are, as well as your ninja warrior skills. This is your chance to show off your personality, so be bright, be vibrant, be you!
