The sport of ninja warrior and obstacle course racing requires strength, endurance, balance, agility, and coordination. Core strength is a major component and requirement for any ninja warrior or obstacle course training program.

Coach Aqil has provided us with a quick video comprised of a few at-home exercises that can help any ninja warrior build the core strength required to progress in the sport.
