Best Shoes for Ninja Warrior
There are thousands of different shoes on the market. But what shoe is the best fit for ninja warrior play or train? What shoe will provide the best fit for an obstacle course similar to those seen on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior?

1) Cushion
Ninja obstacle courses include lots of running, jumping, twisting, and turning, which is why proper sole cushioning is important. Think about the appropriate amount of cushion for your feet. Remember that too much shoe cushion may hinder your ability to “feel” ground obstacles, which is why many ninjas opt for shoes with a flat bottom and minimal cushion. But if more cushion is required for you to perform at an optimal level, go with more cushion!
2) Fit
Make sure the shoes fit and conform to your feet. Do not buy a pair of shoes simply because the design is appealing. Some shoes may be too tight towards the mid-foot, while others may be too wide.
3) Black Rubber Bottom Soles
This is perhaps the most important factor to consider when purchasing ninja warrior shoes. It is highly recommended to buy shoes with black rubber bottom soles, to allow for better traction and foot grip on the obstacle course. Many shoes have foam bottom soles, which can cause slipping on certain obstacles.
