If you forgot to tune into NBC this past Monday, you may think you missed out on the latest episode of American Ninja Warrior. Fortunately, the popular obstacle course competition show is on a hiatus for the next few weeks.

So when does the American Ninja Warrior resume?
The show will resume on July 1, 2024.
Why the hiatus?
There is a high likelihood that the show is on a break due to the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials for the 2024 Paris Games. The Olympic Trials will air live on NBC, USA Network and Peacock from June 21-30 in Eugene, Oregon.
Season 16 of American Ninja Warrior encompasses a mix of ninja veterans and fresh-faced ninjas to make their way through the tough obstacle course. Get ready for more high-flying and intensifying moments in 2 weeks, on American Ninja Warrior
