Adult OCR Class

Program Overview:

The Adult OCR Class is set to help participants improve strength, balance, agility, coordination, and endurance in order to go through various obstacle challenges. Participants learn the basics of obstacle course such as the traveling rings, monkey bar, rope climb, bucket carry, and vertical walls.

Each class is structured based on the criteria below:

  • Warm-Up

  • Obstacle technique

  • Circuits

  • Cool-down

  • Free play

Pricing:

  • - Unlimited Classes per month.

    - Unlimited Open Gym Access.

    - 10% discount on Party packages provided the membership is still valid.

    - 10% off Competitions

    - Access to private Facebook Group with Ninja Tips and other videos.

    - $25 registration fee + tax.

    - Can be applied to all classes offered with appropriate athlete level.

    - 3 month commitment.

  • - 2 Classes per week.

    - Unlimited Open Gym

FAQs

  • We recommend clean, close-toed athletic shoes with a black rubber sole such as the New Balance Trainer, New Balance Zante, NO BULL Trainer.

    Slip-ons, crocs, boots, heels, or cleats are NOT permitted.

  • Please wear comfortable athletic clothing.

  • While we have drinks available for purchase, we recommend bringing a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

  • Yes, we recommend working out with friends to help promote consistency.
