Dear Obstacle Warriors Kids/ Obstacle Warriors Family,
We hope this message finds you well. It is with heavy hearts that we share some difficult news. As many of you know, we faced extreme delays in opening our doors, which unfortunately led to unexpected costs and necessary repairs to our building. Despite our best efforts, these financial challenges have left us behind on rent, and we are now being forced to vacate our current location, effective immediately.
This is not the end of our journey. We are fighters—just like the incredible kids and families who embraced Obstacle Warriors. Throughout our time together, we’ve been blessed to witness children building confidence, adults conquering obstacles, and families creating memories. We've seen kids tackle warped walls, babies take their first steps, and people of all ages just having fun, escaping the worries of everyday life. This space has meant so much to our community, and we are determined to bring it back.
We are committed to finding a way forward. We remain hopeful for the future, actively exploring new opportunities to reopen in a better space and continue providing the same great experiences you’ve come to know and love.
We understand this is a challenging moment, but we want you to know that your support means the world to us. Follow these steps below.
Step 1: Purchase your open play passes or gift cards.
Step 2: Sign your waivers. (Both kids and adults)
Step 3: Prepare for your visit.
a) Wear CLEAN, Close-toed athletic shoes. (Crocs, Slip-ons, Boots, or Heels are NOT PERMITTED)
b) No outside drinks, food, or snacks.
c) Check-In at the front desk. Provide your name and phone number (information used at the time of your booking).
d) You will receive a wristband. Your open play passes are activated at this time.
e) Enjoy!
About the Gym
Obstacle Warriors - North Richland Hills is an entertainment and fitness arena based on the popular NBC TV show American Ninja Warrior. Kids and adults get to explore ninja warrior, obstacle course racing (OCR), parkour, and other games in our 25,000 sq. ft. indoor playground and obstacle course! We offer open play, birthday parties, classes, competitions, group/ corporate events and more!
The sport of ninja warrior allows anyone to analyze, approach, and overcome these obstacles. This helps ninjas build confidence, learn, and have fun!

Why should I go to Obstacle Warriors?
We are a community geared to creating a safe and enjoyable space for kids and adults to learn and have fun! Our experienced coaches are here to create an incredible ninja warrior experience for you.
How old do I have to be to play or train?
We have space for ninja warriors of all ages! Ninjas aged 4 and under will have to remain in the Lil’ Ninja Zone for safety reasons. Ninjas aged 5-11 will have access to our Ninja Warrior Zone. Ninjas aged 12 and up will have access to our Xtreme Zone.
What do I have to wear to Obstacle Warriors?
The required attire at Obstacle Warriors North Richland Hills includes:
Clean, close-toed athletic shoes. Boots, cleats, crocs, or slip-ons are NOT permitted. We recommend shoes with rubber soles such as the New Balance trainers or Zante.
Athletic clothing is required to worn.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes, a signed waiver is required in order to participate. Minors (age 17 and under) must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Do you offer Open Gym and Free Play?
Yes, open gym/ open play is available whenever we are open, unless posted otherwise. For example, on occasion, we host special events such as Nerf Battles, Parents Night Out, etc. If these events modify open play access, it will be posted onto our website, facebook, instagram, and google business page. Please follow us on social media so you don’t miss any updates!
Can I bring a group for a special event?
Yes, we’re happy to host field trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, boy scouts, or sports team meetings. Please contact us to discuss rates and options.
Can I reserve the entire ninja warrior arena for a fully-private event?
Yes, private arena reservations are available! Please fill out our inquiry form. Our event coordinator will contact you with a quote.
